Since 2017 that Star Moldes established a joint-venture with a mouldmaker company, located in Dongguan, China.

 

Our mould workshop is equipped with state-of-art high precision machines. We combine the latest engineering and manufacturing techniques to develop our projects with an high level of expertise in manufacturing. CNC 3 axis, CNC 5 axis, Wire EDM, Spark EDM and Grinding machines are some of our equipment to be able to supply from the most technical mould with 50 Kg to a moulds with 18 Tons.

 

Each mould is manufactured in accordance with strict standards procedures to ensure that the moulds design and manufacturing achieve the quality requirements from all our customers.

 

At Star Moldes, timely delivery and customer satisfaction is a company priority. Our insisting and capabilities allows us to offer the highest quality products at an extremely competitive price.

 

After the mould manufacturing, all our moulds are tested in similar conditions to the production’s conditions to test the cycle time, cooling time, efficency, etc.

Moreover, CPK test will be run and its data will be the criteria for mould check and acceptance internally.

To meet customer’s requirements and expectations, we manage the quality control of all the parts of the mould by the advanced measurement facilities that our partner has, under the advanced and complete quality control system with the scientific methods of quality control.

Quality control plan is made every time that we launch a new mould and it will always monitor every stage of the manufacturing.
