With 16 injection machines ranging from 60 tons to 850 tons of clamping force. All those machines are equipped with drying systems and robots, rotary tables and 2K injection units.

 

We work under a full production schedule (24 hours, 7 days a week) during most of the year to maximize our efficiency.

Our quality control checks product tolerances, color and physical appearance during every step of the manufacturing process.

 

We have flexible as well as customized assembly processes supported on high skilled and experienced personnel. Our assembly workshops integrates the most advanced processes like assembly lines, pallet assembly lines, welding machines and laser engraving.
